We are looking for a proactive and responsible Event Coordinator who can transform plans into reality and ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate wedding and event projects from planning to final execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams.
- Prepare event schedules, task lists, and execution plans.
- Monitor decor setup, material readiness, and in office arrangements.
- Coordinate manpower, transportation, and event logistics.
- Track project progress and resolve execution challenges promptly.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Visit event venues and supervise on-site activities when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work at event venues and travel when required.
- Experience in event management, wedding planning, or project coordination is an added advantage.
