About the Role

Conserve India is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Consultant to onboard Kashmir-based artisan and producer groups onto online marketplaces under Project Artisan 2.0.

The consultant will independently manage seller readiness, documentation, account onboarding, product cataloguing, and store activation, ensuring groups can sell online.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard artisan groups onto Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, Okhai, iTokri and Flourish , based on platform eligibility.

- Assess seller readiness and recommend suitable marketplaces for each group.
- Manage seller registration, account approvals, KYC, GST, PAN, bank details and other compliance requirements.

- Guide product cataloguing, SKU creation, pricing, tagging, photography, inventory and packaging.
- Resolve onboarding and listing issues to get storefronts live and operational.

- Develop platform-specific onboarding guides, compliance checklists and inventory management templates.




- Conduct hands-on training on store management, order processing, dispatch and returns.

- Maintain an onboarding tracker and submit monthly progress reports and a final handover.

Required Skills and Experience

- Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace onboarding and seller operations.

- Working knowledge of seller requirements, commissions, cataloguing, shipping and returns across the listed platforms.
- Strong understanding of inventory, pricing, product listings and fulfilment workflows.
- Ability to independently resolve seller registration, documentation and listing issues.

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking onboarding progress and compliance.
- Experience working with artisans, MSMEs, SHGs or producer groups is preferred.

This is a specialist consulting role.

Applicants must be capable of independently executing marketplace onboarding without requiring training in basic seller operations.
