Role & responsibilities

Website (Orgatre.com Shopify)

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, content, images and catalogue updates.
- Plan and execute offers, discounts, bundles and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on website campaigns, landing pages and seasonal sales.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve product page visibility and organic traffic.

Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra)

- Manage seller accounts and ensure accurate, optimised product listings on all platforms.
- Run and optimise marketplace advertising (sponsored products, brand ads and platform-specific ad tools) to maximise ROI.
- Manage pricing strategy, promotions and participation in platform sale events.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain team and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Track ratings, reviews and account health, and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads or Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook

- Understanding of marketplace policies, commissions and payment reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms in a rapid-paced environment.

Requirements

- Graduate or MBA with relevant experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the Beauty or FMCG sector.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra).
- Working knowledge of marketplace ads and SEO.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
