Write Track Creations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across the brand's website and online marketplaces.

The candidate will be responsible for order processing, product listing coordination, packaging, dispatch, courier and logistics management, shipment tracking, delivery and return management, inventory updates and daily operational reporting.

The role requires robust coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to ensure smooth, accurate and timely order fulfilment from order receipt to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Order Management

- Monitor and manage incoming orders from the brand's website and online marketplaces.
- Process, verify and confirm orders across different sales channels.
- Maintain accurate order records and update order status.
- Coordinate product availability and order readiness with the inventory team.
- Handle order cancellations, processing delays and order-related issues.
- Ensure timely processing and fulfilment of customer orders.

2. Packaging, Quality Check & Dispatch

- Pick and verify products against order details before dispatch.
- Inspect products for quality, quantity and condition.
- Ensure proper folding, packaging, labelling and brand presentation.
- Prepare invoices, shipping labels and other required documents.
- Ensure correct packaging and secure handling of products.
- Coordinate timely dispatch and handover of shipments to courier partners.

3. Logistics & Courier Coordination

- Coordinate with courier partners and shipping aggregators for daily pickups.
- Schedule pickups and manage shipment handovers.
- Generate shipping labels, manifests and tracking details.




- Monitor shipment movement and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on delayed, stuck, lost or undelivered shipments.
- Maintain courier and logistics records, including shipment-related expenses.

4. Delivery, Returns & Exchange Management

- Track orders until successful delivery.
- Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin) and failed deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues and minimise RTO.
- Manage reverse pickups for returns and exchanges as per company policy.
- Receive and inspect returned products for condition and quantity.
- Coordinate return, exchange and refund updates with the relevant teams.
- Ensure returned stock is accurately updated in inventory records.

5. Marketplace & Operations Coordination

- Support day-to-day operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including inventory, customer support, sales and logistics.
- Maintain daily records of orders received, processed, packed and dispatched.
- Prepare daily dispatch, pending-order, delivery and return reports.
- Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth coordination across the complete order fulfilment process.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra and Flipkart.
- Experience with Shiprocket, Delhivery and other courier aggregators.
- Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
