- Coordinate and obtain all required statutory and regulatory approvals for mining projects,

- Coordinate with relevant government departments, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders at both State and Central Government levels to facilitate project approvals and implementation.

- Manage industrial relations and stakeholder engagement, maintaining constructive relationships with employees, contractors, local communities, government authorities and other relevant parties.

- Ensure timely procurement, renewal and maintenance of all statutory licenses, permissions, approvals and records required for mine development and operations.

- Business Development and Liaisoning-Coordinate with internal departments for timely execution of commercial activities.
