Role & responsibilities :
- Operate CNC machines, and special-purpose machining centers as per production requirements.
- Ensure machining quality as per control plans, drawings, and customer specifications.
- Record production data, rejection details, and machine downtime in prescribed formats.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and autonomous maintenance activities.
- Follow TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
- Identify process abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
- Support changeovers, tool replacement, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) requirements and company policies.
Preferred candidate profile : Having some exposure to operation of CNC machines, preferably having worked in the Automotive sector
