Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Marketing Executive with strong experience in B2B marketing, email campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, positioning products for target audiences, coordinating with sales teams, and driving lead generation activities for IT services, IT products, or consulting businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage small and 360 marketing campaigns for products/services.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive inbound lead generation and coordinate closely with sales teams.
- Create content for emails, blogs, landing pages, product collateral, and social media.
- Manage LinkedIn and other qualified social channels.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product marketing strategy.
- Support SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Manage CRM and lead tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, design)



for campaigns and launch activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B IT/IT product/IT consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in inbound lead generation and 360 campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and lead management tools.
- Experience in product marketing, positioning, and messaging.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- Strong research and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with product launches and sales enablement content.

- Comfortable working full-time from the office in Chennai.
