Role & responsibilities :

- Design and develop plastic moulds for new product development.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Use Solid Edge or SolidWorks for mould design and related engineering activities.
- Use AutoCAD for drafting and engineering drawings.
- Support new product development, design modifications and engineering changes.
- Coordinate with production, manufacturing and toolroom teams for mould development and implementation.
- Review mould designs for manufacturability and ensure design accuracy.
- Assist in troubleshooting mould-related design and production issues.
- Support trials, testing and design validation as required.

Preferred candidate profile :

Required Skills

- Must have hands-on experience in manufacturing design.
- Solid Edge or SolidWorks experience is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software.
- Ability to prepare and interpret engineering drawings.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1 - 5 years of relevant experience Mechanical Design / development.
- BE or Diploma in Mechanical / Polymer / Production Engineering.
