Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and basic software applications.

- Handle user issues related to email, network connectivity, system performance, and peripheral devices.

- Configure and support Outlook, MS Office, Teams, and other business applications.

- Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs/replacements when required.

- Install and configure antivirus and security updates.

- Maintain IT asset records and update ticketing systems regularly.

- Support basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.

- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the respective support teams.





- Provide timely updates and maintain SLA compliance.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.

- Understanding of Windows OS installation and configuration.

- Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, printers, and networking basics.

- Valuable communication and user-handling skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

- Basic understanding of ticketing tools and IT support processes.
