- Design and develop gears and transmission components as per customer requirements.

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings of gears, shafts and other mechanical components.

- Backlash and Tooth Profile

- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other CAD software.

- Understand customer drawings, technical specifications and product requirements.

- Select appropriate materials and define component specifications.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Manufacturing teams for design feasibility.

- Support new product development (NPD) and product development activities.

- Prepare and maintain BOM, design records and technical documentation.

- Analyse design-related issues and implement necessary corrective actions.

- Support tooling, fixture and process development for gear manufacturing.

- Ensure designs comply with customer requirements and applicable engineering standards.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
