Job Summary : Anoud Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Oracle Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive a team, improve productivity, and deliver quality solutions under pressure.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programs.- Develop and maintain packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.- Perform query optimization, indexing, debugging, and performance tuning.- Manage, mentor, and drive large development teams to achieve productivity and delivery targets.- Work on Java-based applications and Oracle Reports development and maintenance.- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure coding standards.- Leverage AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing,
