rp tribe is hiring a Telecaller intern to support its sales and business development efforts. The role offers practical exposure to outbound communication, lead engagement, and digital business solutions while working with a team focused on creating meaningful client opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers from the existing lead database through outbound calls.
- Introduce the company and explain website development, software development, e-commerce, branding, digital marketing, social media, AI automation, and QR-based digital business card solutions.
- Understand prospects' business needs and identify relevant services.
- Build interest, record lead information, conduct timely follow-ups, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and successful deal closures.

Requirements

- Good Hindi communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing abilities, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
