About the Company

Neural IT is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support its growth through structured B2B sales and relationship-building initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with prospective business clients, understand their needs, and contribute to a strong commercial pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research prospective B2B customers through suitable outreach channels.
- Connect with decision-makers, introduce relevant offerings, and qualify opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups, schedule product or service discussions, and maintain accurate pipeline records.
- Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, coordinate sales activities, and support lead conversion.




- Track outreach performance and share clear updates on progress, challenges, and market feedback.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or a related commercial role.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a confident, professional approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, handle objections, and build productive relationships.
- Organized follow-up habits, comfort with targets, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving business environment.
- This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Mumbai, with annual compensation of ₹3.5 LPA.
