We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in US and UK accounting operations, bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, and compliance support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting accounting activities for our international entities.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger,



and bank reconciliations.
Maintain payroll accounting records, including W-2, 1099, and related documentation.
Coordinate with US CPA/tax consultants for accounting and compliance requirements.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and support audits.
Associate direct costs (Service, vendor bills, direct labor) to their corresponding sales invoices.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in US and UK accounting.

- Working knowledge of US payroll accounting, W-2, 1099, and sales tax.
- Understanding of UK VAT, PAYE, and National Insurance.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Experience:3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international business accounting. (
