A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its costing team. You will help leadership understand the true cost of what the business makes. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Cost Accountant, you will own product and process costing, analyse variances, and give the business clear visibility into margins and efficiency.
Costing & Inventory
Value inventory and reconcile stock to the ledger
Variance & Analysis
Run variance analysis on material, labour, and overhead




Surface cost-saving opportunities for operations and finance
2 to 6 years in cost accounting or manufacturing finance

- Strong grasp of costing methods, inventory, and variances
- Hands-on with an ERP costing module and spreadsheets
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

CMA, CA Inter, or an equivalent costing qualification
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or shared services
Exposure to standard costing in an SAP or Oracle environment
Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement
