We are hiring a Data and Analytics Engineering Lead for a global enterprise client. You will own the design, build and deployment of Azure data engineering and analytics platforms across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, HR, Customer Experience and Risk, while leading agile engineering squads and mentoring data engineers.

What you will do

- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of data and analytics solutions on Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, SAC)
- Build scalable data pipelines, streaming solutions and reusable ingestion frameworks
- Own data quality, security and governance across the pipeline
- Optimize platform performance and cost, and manage change, incident and problem processes
- Partner with business group IT, product and DevOps teams, and present architecture to stakeholders
- Lead squads, manage timelines and build the talent pipeline

What you bring





- 12+ years in data engineering and analytics delivery, with at least 4 years on Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL and Power BI/SAC
- Strong SQL, PySpark and Python for data engineering
- Data modelling, source system analysis, profiling and master data management knowledge
- Proven technical leadership in a global, matrixed workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or software engineering
- Nice to have: Azure Data Engineer Associate, DAX, ML data preparation, Azure AI exposure
