Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Grants Payments Data Analyst to develop and maintain forecasting models for clinical site payments, supporting financial reporting and study operations. The role involves collaborating across global teams to deliver accurate client-facing forecasts and audit-ready financial reports.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve forecasting models used outside Medidata Payments

Analyze site and patient enrollment actuals and forecasts with Central Planning teams

Create client-ready forecasting reports meeting sponsor contractual requirements

Collaborate with Revenue Recognition teams to ensure compliance with audit standards

Identify trends and risks through forecast performance and budget utilization analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 2–5 years of finance experience
- Robust Excel, database, and accounting systems proficiency
- Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition
- Knowledge of clinical site payment processes and forecasting
- Experience supporting audit requirements and financial reporting
- Fluent English communication skills
