About the job
As a corporate sales executive at Pluspeople, you'll help build business relationships and move prospective clients through the sales process. You'll combine confident outreach, thoughtful conversations, and consistent follow-up to create opportunities for the team.
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research prospective organizations and relevant contacts to build a focused pipeline of potential business.
2. Make cold calls and send tailored outreach to introduce Pluspeople and start professional conversations.
3. Ask clear, relevant questions to understand prospects' needs, priorities, and potential fit.
4. Explain relevant information about Pluspeople clearly in spoken English, adapting your communication to each conversation.
5. Qualify leads by capturing key details, assessing interest, and agreeing on appropriate next steps.
6. Follow up with prospects promptly by phone and other appropriate channels, keeping each interaction organized.
7. Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline progress, and share useful updates with the sales team. Skill(s) required
