Molex is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a Product Design Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of product design engineers that will drive innovation by developing advanced mechanical and electrical connectivity solutions for the automotive industry.

- Lead and deliver multiple engineering and product design projects by defining scope, building plans, and managing schedule, budget, and resources to meet committed milestones.

- 10+ years of Industry experience in Design and Manufacturing .
- 3+ years of formal or informal leadership experience overseeing teams and projects.
- Experience in automotive product design, preferably with electrical connector systems.
- Knowledge of materials (resins, metals) and manufacturing processes such as injection molding, stamping, plating, and assembly.
- Experience driving strategic initiatives or implementing engineering or operational improvements that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience with risk assessment and regulatory compliance in product design or manufacturing environments.
