Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting networking and security solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure.



The Sales Specialist will maintain regular communication with existing customers, address inquiries, and support post-sales engagement to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, collaborating with technical and support teams, and updating sales reports and forecasts. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive opportunities, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.

Candidates should possess Training skills to explain product features, conduct basic solution overviews, and support client onboarding.

Relevant experience in B2B technology or networking solutions sales is beneficial.

Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office productivity software.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
