Customer Support Associate - Dehradun

Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our team for Chat and Inbound Voice Support roles.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat or inbound voice support.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Structure:

- Fresher: ₹16,000 CTC
- Experienced (Chat Process): ₹18,000–₹22,000 CTC
- Experienced (Inbound Voice): ₹20,000–₹25,000 CTC
