Employment Type: Full-Time To manage customer relationships throughout the property buying journey, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate sales closures, and provide post-sales support until property handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Handle customer queries, calls, emails and complaints.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM software.

2. Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales and Presales teams regarding customer requirements.
- Follow up on bookings, documentation and payment milestones.
- Track booking status and ensure timely customer updates.
- Coordinate site visits and customer meetings.

3. Documentation & Payment Follow-up





- Coordinate collection of booking forms, KYC documents and agreements.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Legal teams for documentation and payment updates.
- Maintain customer-wise records and payment trackers.

4. Post-Sales & Handover

- Handle customer queries after booking.
- Coordinate with construction and project teams regarding project progress updates.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate property handover and possession formalities.

5. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports.
- Track customer complaints, closures and pending activities.
- Maintain booking, cancellation and payment status reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
