Role Purpose
The Credit Processing Associate (CPA) is responsible for processing loan files, verifying customer documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate credit assessment as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrutinize and process loan application files received from the sales team.
- Verify customer KYC, income, banking, and property-related documents.
- Update loan processing status in internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance requirements, and TATs.
- Maintain proper records and audit-ready documentation.
Eligibility & Experience
- B.Com Graduate/Postgraduate.
- 1-2 years of experience in credit operations, loan processing, or underwriting support in NBFC/HFC/Banking.
