About the internship

Medinex Workforce runs on software, and our small technical team works across many parts of it: recruitment trackers, candidate databases, automation scripts and client-facing pages. This internship is for computer science graduates and students who want to try several areas before choosing a path. You will rotate through coding, database work and testing on small, real tasks, and by the end you will know which area suits you best.

What you will do

- Write and test small program modules in Python, Java, C++ or JavaScript
- Test new features, find bugs and log them with clear steps to reproduce
- Write basic SQL queries and help keep application data organised
- Build and update simple web pages or internal tool features
- Solve coding and logic problems assigned by mentors
- Learn tools developers use every day, such as Git, GitHub, Postman and VS Code
- Pick up small tasks from different projects to see how each team works
- Share a short weekly summary of what you worked on and what you learned

What we are looking for
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one language




- Understanding of core computer science subjects such as data structures, DBMS and operating systems
- A rough idea of how websites and web applications work
- Logical thinking and willingness to ask questions when stuck
- Openness to feedback and quick learning of new tools
- A laptop and stable internet connection for full-time work from home

Nice to have
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- A small project or coding practice profile

Who can apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech or B.E. (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA or related streams
- Self-taught learners who can show a project or certificate
- Freshers are welcome, and prior experience is not required
- You must be available full-time for the internship period
