Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise machine operators, monitor production targets, and ensure product quality. The candidate should have robust knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily CNC and VMC machine operations.
- Allocate work to machine operators as per production requirements.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce production downtime.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and production efficiency.




- Ensure operators follow safety rules and 5S practices.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift-wise records.
- Support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CNC and VMC machining operations.
- Knowledge of production planning and control.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Understanding of cutting tools, tooling, and machining processes.
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
- Manpower handling and team management skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: As per company requirement.
- Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering.
