We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Cloud Solution Architect in Hyderabad, India.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and open-source databases. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI , Azure SQL/SQL Server , and open-source database platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

- Develop end-to-end cloud architecture solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Azure services .
- Design and implement data analytics platforms leveraging Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization.

Database Management:
- Architect and optimize Azure SQL/SQL Server solutions for high availability and performance.
- Integrate and manage open-source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) within Azure environments.

Cloud Strategy & Governance:




- Define best practices for cloud adoption, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business objectives.

Technical Requirements:

- Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power BI expertise.
- Robust experience with Azure SQL and SQL Server administration and optimization.
- Proficiency in open-source databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) hosted on Azure.
- Solid understanding of cloud security , data governance , and performance tuning .

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with data modeling , ETL processes , and analytics solutions .
- Knowledge of DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines , and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert , Power BI Data Analyst ) are a plus
