RJ Constructions is looking for a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising and managing residential construction projects while ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs and material requirements.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Monitor construction quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and clients.
- Prepare site progress reports and maintain project records.




- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.

Required Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing.
- Site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in residential construction.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites.
