Role Scope: Luxury Asian specialty culinary items, master marinades, artisanal batters, and handcrafted noodles and bread. 100% culinary execution.

Core Responsibilities

- Precision Cookery Under Pressure: Execute high-volume wok lines, specialized frying stations, and delicate braises with exact oil temperature control, timing, and refined textural finish matching luxury dining standards.

- Master Prep & Craftsmanship: Manage protein butchery, uniform knife cuts, delicate mochi dough preparation,and exacting marinade formulations without compromising on presentation or quality during high-volume rushes.

- Strict Labeling & Kitchen Protocols: Enforce zero-tolerance compliance on GastroNorm pan labeling and strict FIFO rotation across all cold storage.

- Station Leadership: Set the pace and discipline for Commis Chefs on station cleanliness, prep speed, safety, and uncompromising hygiene standards.

- Physical Stock Verification: Conduct daily end-of-shift physical weight and unit counts for all premium proteins,dry ingredients, and finished prep into the inventory management system.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



5–7 years in high-volume, high-reputation commercial kitchens—specifically premium Pan-Asian restaurants, upscale Asian bistros, or luxury hotel specialty kitchens (not fast-food assembly lines).

- Technical Skills: Real culinary technique—expert wok handling, knife accuracy, deep understanding of oil management, and ability to hold fine-dining level consistency across hundreds of daily covers.

- Mindset: Reliable professional discipline, high stamina for intense kitchen rushes, zero ego about adhering strictly to standardised core recipes, and meticulous hygiene habits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
