- Take orders, bill on POS, and serve customers quickly during the evening rush
- Make filter coffee and snacks to Tambi’s recipe after training
- Pack and hand over Zomato orders
- Keep the counter, utensils, and café clean throughout the shift
- Restock milk, cups, and snacks before they run out
- Help with closing: cleaning, dishes, and next-day prep (12 AM shift)
- Report to the Café Manager

Who we’re looking for

- Freshers welcome, café or counter experience is a plus
- 18 years or above
- Basic Hindi and Marathi, some English
- Quick, friendly, and comfortable on your feet for 6 hours
- Punctual and reliable every evening
- Lives in or near Vasai-Virar (late shifts)

Good to have

- Has worked at a café, QSR, or retail counter
- Knows basic POS billing or UPI payments

Growth Strong performers can move up to Deputy and then Café Manager.
