About us

Prepado is a Career Operating System. Students try real job simulations (live calls with AI personas, on-the-job dashboards) before choosing a career, and get verified proof of what they can do. Colleges get data on every student, and employers get evidence instead of CVs.

We're a team of 7. Our product is live with 13 simulation packs, and we're working with colleges across India and expanding to the UAE and Qatar.

Your responsibilities

- Partnerships: Identify and reach out to colleges, universities, placement cells and career coaches, and turn conversations into pilots
- Outreach: Run email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and call campaigns, and follow up until it moves forward
- Pitching: Present Prepado to deans, professors, HODs and employers, with support from the founders
- Pipeline: Track leads,



meetings and pilot status in a simple tracker and report weekly
- Research: Build lists of target colleges, employers and partners in India and the Gulf
- Employers: Help bring companies on board for hiring through simulations
- Support: Help with investor and partnership outreach, and share ideas on how we sell and grow

Who we're looking for

- Solid communication, written and spoken (English; Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Organised, self-driven and quick to learn
- Interest in education, careers or startups
- Prior sales, BD or outreach experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
