- Horizontal skills: Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Design, Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Process Consulting, Product Implementation, Cost Optimization, Business Architecture, Business Analysis and Post-merger Integration, Automation, Program Management, Change Management, Agile delivery.
- Emerging Technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility

Your Profile

- Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions




- Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading commercial banks, retail banks, investment banks, market utilities and intermediaries
- Analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box
- Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems
- Lead workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders located across geographies
- Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives
- Develop thought leadership collaterals and knowledge artefacts
- Participate in a variety of firm building events
- Consulting & advisory experience with top-tier consulting organizations is strongly preferred.
- Only fulltime MBA from top-tier business schools / Chartered Accountants (CA) need to apply.
