Job Summary

Consulting Manager role in a multinational organization focusing on gap analysis and data management functional consulting for hybrid work model with day shift and no travel requirement. The role involves guiding clients through complex data driven transformations improving asset focused operations and delivering measurable business value while ensuring sustainable and compliant process enhancements across diverse stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead client consulting engagements that focus on identifying process and system gaps through structured gap analysis translating findings into clear improvement opportunities and measurable outcomes for business stakeholders.

- Drive design of data management functional solutions by mapping current data flows defining target data models and aligning data processes with client operational and regulatory needs to improve quality and accessibility.

- Coordinate discovery workshops with cross functional client teams to gather requirements validate pain points and ensure all relevant operational and asset oriented perspectives are captured during analysis.

- Provide detailed documentation of existing workflows data touchpoints and control mechanisms so that clients can easily understand root causes of inefficiencies and compliance risks.

- Develop pragmatic recommendations that prioritize high impact changes to data management and operational processes ensuring proposals are feasible within client constraints and technology landscapes.





- Guide implementation teams by clarifying functional requirements supporting configuration decisions and resolving ambiguities in process design to keep initiatives on scope time and budget.

- Collaborate with client operations staff in asset related environments to streamline asset data capture valuation and reporting processes in ways that support resilience transparency and long term stewardship.

- Monitor project progress through structured status reviews risk assessments and issue tracking enabling timely course correction and protecting expected advantages from slippage.

- Prepare and deliver concise yet insightful presentations and reports that communicate findings recommendations and value realized to both technical audiences and senior business partners.

- Support creation of reusable consulting frameworks templates and best practices for gap analysis and data management so that the organization continuously improves its service quality and societal impact.

- Mentor junior consultants on analysis techniques client engagement etiquette and documentation standards to strengthen team capability and consistency in delivery.

- Ensure all consulting activities respect data privacy obligations and ethical standards helping clients uphold trust with customers regulators and communities.





- Coordinate with internal product and operations teams to feed client insights back into solution roadmaps so that offerings evolve in response to real world data and asset operations challenges.

Qualifications

- Possess eight to ten years of consulting or functional analysis experience with a strong track record of leading complex projects in data centric environments.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in gap analysis methods including process mapping variance assessment and root cause evaluation to define clear remediation actions.

- Show deep hands on understanding of data management functional concepts such as data governance data quality metadata practices and master data processes relevant to enterprise operations.

- Exhibit ability to work within asset oriented operational settings where asset tracking lifecycle management and performance reporting are important even if exposure is partial or project based.

- Display strong communication and stakeholder management skills that enable effective collaboration across business operations technology and compliance functions in hybrid work arrangements.

- Bring experience working in hybrid work models and coordinating day shift activities across onsite and remote environments using collaboration tools and disciplined time management.

- Present relevant academic background in business information systems engineering or related fields that supports analytical thinking and structured problem solving in consulting contexts.
