We are looking for an experienced Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Software Engineer with solid expertise in embedded firmware development, Bluetooth Host and Controller Stack, and wireless connectivity solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, debugging, and enhancing BLE firmware, troubleshooting complex Bluetooth issues, and working with global engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Bluetooth Low Energy Host and Controller Stack components.
- Work on GAP, GATT, and BLE Audio profiles.
- Design, develop, and debug embedded firmware using C/C++.
- Troubleshoot complex Bluetooth connectivity and interoperability issues.
- Analyze Bluetooth packets using Frontline and Ellisys protocol analyzers.
- Perform Bluetooth qualification and certification activities.
- Optimize Bluetooth performance, throughput, latency, and power consumption.




- Work with RTOS, embedded SDKs, and debugging tools.
- Ensure compliance with Bluetooth SIG specifications.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with BLE Host and Controller Stack.
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth Core Specification.
- Experience with GAP, GATT, and BLE profiles.
- Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
- Bluetooth protocol debugging and packet analysis.
