Role & responsibilities :

Concept: Understand and collate project requirements for the concept

Presentation: Review presentation sequence & format prepared by the Project Team

Schematics: Develop concepts at the schematic stage

Design Brief: Prepare the design brief of Architecture & Interiors at different stages to capture information for client sign-offs

Statutory drawings/drawings:

Tender preparation:

GFC Drawings: Critical Review of GFC before release to Site

Services Co-ordination: Review inputs/details from services/Structural consultants incorporated for all drawings

Construction administration:

Costing: Inputs for preparation budgets to be given to various teams

Team Management:

Preferred candidate profile :

- Ability to independently lead the project/projects ( minimum 4- 5 projects)
- Capability of handling projects varying in scale
- Ability to prepare feasibility reports & area Statements
- Ability to develop concepts at the schematic stage
- Ability to prepare design briefs of Architecture & Interiors at different stages
- Ability to clearly communicate this design to the Client using graphic tools
- Ability to implement standards and Systems and convey the process clearly to Client and consultant
