Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to identify potential real estate opportunities, build robust industry relationships, negotiate deals, and support business growth through effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential properties, land parcels, and real estate opportunities.
- Conduct market research, property valuation, and feasibility analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize sourcing deals and commercial terms.




- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize sourcing costs and identify potential risks.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, or property acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and legal documentation.
- Ability to identify opportunities and achieve business targets.
