- - Modern Habitat Interior Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential and commercial interior design, space planning, material selection, and design execution.
- - We are looking for someone who can transform client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior spaces while coordinating with the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- - Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- - Create 3D models, renders, and design presentations for client approvals.
- - Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and space utilization needs.
- - Select appropriate materials, laminates, finishes, colours, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
- - Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and execution teams.
- - Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure drawings are followed.
- - Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation as required.
- - Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- - Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, visually appealing, and aligned with project timelines.
- - Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials,



and innovative space-planning solutions.
- - Required Skills & Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- - 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
- - Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and working layouts.
- - Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar 3D design and rendering software.
- - Knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and lighting.
- - Ability to interpret architectural drawings and prepare detailed execution drawings.
- - Good visualisation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- - Strong communication and coordination skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- - Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
- - Preferred Candidate Profile
- - Candidates with experience in residential interior projects, apartments, villas, and commercial spaces will be preferred.
- - Should have a strong design sense and attention to detail.
- - Must be comfortable coordinating with clients and execution teams.
