Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, and EDM to produce high-quality parts.
- Read engineering drawings and create NC programs using G-code.
- Set up and manage tooling on CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs to identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in operating CNC machines (VMC, HMC, EDM).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (Automobile Engineering, Applied Electronics & Instrumentation).
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and creating NC programs using G-code.
- Robust understanding of machining processes including turning, milling, drilling, tapping etc.
