Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate - Inbound Support, you will communicate with customers in Hindi and English while supporting customer queries in an e-commerce environment. The role combines strong communication with digital proficiency and analytical thinking, including the ability to understand and quantify problem statements involving suppliers or vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions while communicating clearly and professionally in Hindi and English.
- Understand customer concerns and requirements and provide clear, accurate and helpful communication.
- Use MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs,



and other digital productivity tools required for customer support activities.
- Analyse and quantify problem statements related to suppliers or vendors and apply logical reasoning to propose appropriate solutions.
- Apply e-commerce knowledge and customer service skills to understand concerns and support effective resolutions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
- E-commerce Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
- Digital Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and similar productivity tools
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quantify problem statements from suppliers or vendors and propose appropriate solutions
- Language Requirement: Bengali is required
