Job Summary:

Responsible for managing project procurement and contract activities, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining cost, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with project teams to identify procurement requirements and prepare procurement plans.

* Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.

* Manage contracts, including documentation, amendments, claims, and compliance.

* Monitor procurement costs, budgets, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.





* Ensure materials and services meet project specifications and quality standards.

* Maintain procurement and contract records and prepare MIS/progress reports.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills:

* Robust knowledge of project procurement and contract management.

* Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

* Knowledge of construction/engineering procurement processes preferred.

* Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
