Role & responsibilities Asst Manager- DC Operations & Maintenance is a specialist who manages Electrical/Mechanical Facilities operations at multiple locations and maintenance activities, coordinates facility programs and projects, and supervises building personnel; by inspecting the Critical facility, analyzing building data, forecasting future needs, solving problems, and communicating with others; to ensure the effective and sustainable operations of the facility and the satisfaction of the facility occupants

- Manage Electrical O&M; Programs
- Manages customer SLA; Manage customer escalation
- Management of the team of Data Center Technicians; this includes all aspect of people/performance/rotation management.
- Ensuring effective and efficient management of day to day 24x7 Datacenter Operations and UPTIME
- Manage/Improve the workflows and throughput for data Centers Operations.
- Ensure all operational KPIs and Metrics are being measured and met inside the Data Center.
- Play a key part in innovation and driving automation within Data Center Operations. (BMS etc.)
- Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided by the Data Center Operations team and continuously strive to improve Customer Experience.
- Part of an on-call rotation for Datacenter Issue escalations.
- Vendor management/monitoring vendor performance.
- Ensuring his/her Data Center is compliant with all relevant security policies and procedures.
- Timely reports generation and meeting all customers data / reports requirement on timely passion





Preferred candidate profile BE- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 years experience in managing Electrical systems large campus with multiple tenant of facilities large Data Center

- Experience in maintaining and handling audits for ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, TL 9000, and ISO 45001 standards
- Strong knowledge of Critical Electrical Systems and the ability to handle all critical incidents involving GIS, Transformer, HT/LT systems, UPS, DG, PDU, and STS.
- In-depth knowledge of Cooling Systems, including PAC, CRAC, Chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Highly knowledgeable in installation, repair and maintenance of Transformers, HT and LT distribution panels, UPS and SMPS systems
- Knowledge in installation, repair and maintenance of 110KV/33KV/22KV/11KV substations
- Hands-on experience with BMS, SCADA, EPMS, and DCIM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Data Centre Fire safety and protection system knowledge
- Experience in Vendor and Contractor SLA Management.
- Knowledge of Capacity Planning and Risk Management.
- Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery management.
- Ability to manage and monitor Operational KPIs and SLAs.
- Skilled in diagnosing malfunctions with systems and coming up with the right solutions and equipment for the rectification of the malfunctions
- Able to work efficiently with various parts of Electrical equipment including UPS systems and Battery banks so as to meet all needs.
- Highly experienced in carrying out routine and preventative maintenance activities
- Should be Willing to work in rotational Shifts
