Lead Full Stack Developer React / Azure / AI-Assisted Engineering

We are looking for a lead Full Stack Developer to join our In-house Bespoke Development team, building and supporting modern enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can take solutions from requirement development testing deployment production support.

AI-assisted development is a core competency for this role, alongside React/TypeScript, API development, SQL/Prisma, and Azure. We expect developers to actively use approved tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery while maintaining full ownership of code quality, security, testing, and maintainability.

What we're looking for

- 9+ years of professional software development experience
- Solid end-to-end development capability across UI API Database Azure
- Proven experience delivering enterprise applications into production
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants in day-to-day development
- Ability to understand and enhance existing codebases quickly
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver quickly without compromising quality or security
- Strong communication and collaboration across business and technical teams

We are not simply looking for someone who can use AI to generate code. We are looking for a strong engineer who knows how to use AI to build better software faster, while retaining full engineering ownership.
