Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across the hotels in your area, ensuring adherence to

- Treebo brand standards, SOPs and service benchmarks.

- Audits & compliance: Conduct regular property audits and quality checks, covering hygiene, health and
- safety, and drive corrective and preventive actions with hotel partners.

- Guest experience: Monitor guest ratings, reviews and complaints, and ensure prompt, effective service
- recovery to improve satisfaction scores across the portfolio.

- Partner management: Act as the key liaison between Treebo and hotel owners and partners, ensuring
- seamless coordination and timely issue resolution.

- Team enablement: Train and mentor on-ground hotel teams on brand values, SOPs and customer service
- skills to deliver a consistent experience

What are we looking for?





- 4-6 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably managing multiple properties or a franchise/chain
- portfolio.

- l Strong working knowledge of brand standards, quality audits, housekeeping and front-office operations.

- l Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, including with hotel owners.

- l Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography; fluency in the local language is a plus.

- l High ownership, accountability and an owner mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
