Job Summary

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for an experienced Architect with solid expertise in architectural design,

preparation of building sanction drawings, and coordination with government authorities for statutory approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and revise building sanction drawings as per applicable building bye-laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies for building plan approvals and sanctions.
- Follow up on approval applications, documentation, queries, and revisions with the concerned authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, zoning requirements, and development control norms.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP,



and other consultants for design integration.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues with project teams.
- Maintain approval documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings and related documents.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and sanction drawings.
- Proven experience coordinating with government offices and statutory authorities for building approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other architectural software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of building bye-laws, development regulations, and approval procedures.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
