- 2–5 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Tech Lead or Lead Developer role.
- Solid experience in distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Exposure to AI/ML systems and integrations is highly preferred.
- Banking, financial services or other regulated-domain experience is an added advantage.
