Role Overview

We are looking for a female Admission Counsellor to guide prospective candidates about RARE Academys real estate training programs and manage the admission process from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, fees, certification, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist with registration, documentation, and fee payment coordination.
- Maintain updated records in CRM or Excel.




- Coordinate batch schedules and onboarding with trainers and the operations team.
- Submit daily progress reports and achieve assigned admission targets.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in admission counselling, education sales, or tele calling preferred.
- Robust Hindi communication skills and basic English proficiency.
- Good listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Organized, responsible, and comfortable working towards targets.
