Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from prospective students to generate leads for admission counseling.

- Provide expert advice on MBA admissions offered by the institution, including eligibility criteria and application procedures.

- Conduct telecalling sessions with potential students to understand their academic goals and requirements.

- Identify student needs and provide personalized guidance throughout the admissions process.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software

- Meeting Application and Admission Targets

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Admission Counselling or Student Counseling (preferably).

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech Computers) or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

- Proficiency in English language; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
