Our client needs the following profile

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS)

- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Expertise in export documentation and international trade compliance

- In-depth understanding of taxation laws and compliance

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strategic mindset with accountability and ownership

- Team-oriented approach with cross-functional teams

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA), or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution. B.Com or M.Com with relevant experience may also be considered.





- Minimum 15 18 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing, forging, or automotive industry

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting .

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)

- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, fixed asset accounting, and plant finance

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing Finance & Accounts teams
