Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Plot Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial plots, generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert potential buyers into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell residential and commercial plots.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
- Identify potential buyers and understand their requirements.
- Explain plot details, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.




- Follow up with interested buyers and negotiate deals.
- Coordinate with the documentation and legal teams.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Build relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
