Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month plus incentives

About the Role

Zoople Technologies is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have experience in education sales, student counselling, lead conversion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students about available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and generate recent leads.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Follow up with students and parents through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.




- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead information.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to handle student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of academic counselling and course promotion will be an advantage.
