Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong SQL skills to support data-driven business initiatives. In this role, you will analyze customer and product usage data, generate actionable insights, validate AI-driven recommendations, perform quality checks, and support stakeholder decision-making. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving business problems, and driving impact through analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and validate customer and product usage data using SQL.
- Generate business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and update data, reports, and content within internal sales tools.
- Review and validate AI-generated recommendations for accuracy and relevance.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track program performance and business metrics.
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and validate findings.
- Independently manage multiple priorities and analytical requests in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation.




- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with experience in data validation and quality control.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting/visualization tools.
- Exposure to Python, Hive, Teradata, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience with UAT, data quality checks, and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-generated insights, recommendation engines, or automated decision-support systems.
Industry Experience:
Experience within technology, SaaS, consulting, business intelligence, analytics, sales operations, or data-driven environments is preferred.
